01.27.09 Lunch

It's been a typical night at work so far, automated server alerts and such. 

I think the main reason it is so quiet is that 3M China employees are celebrating the Chinese New Year...I have some friends in 3M China IT and I hope they are having a great time.

Got my flog updated and got up to date on the other ones that I follow. Downloaded some Gordon Ramsay videos of him cooking dishes in his new book Ramsay's Healthy Appetite. I'll watch those later.

Well, I had lunch around 10pm. Amy's Mild Chili, 15 crushed Kashi 7 Grain Crackers and a glass of water.

I'll be checking back in later for dinner.

01.18.09 Lunch

It was pretty busy at work with tickets from scheduled maintenance for awhile. 

Finally got some free time and updated my blog, checked my email and finished looking at the Sunday ads. Bought some great coupons on eBay for Ruby Tuesday...5 B1G1 Free Meal coupons worth over $50 for $2.99:)

Also found other free coupons: $1.50 off 3 boxes Dreamfield's pasta, $1 off Wholly Guacamole, $1 off Blue Diamond Almonds, $1 off any Wild Harvest Organic Product, 75 cents off Tribe Hummus, 60 cents off Friendship Cottage Cheese, 50 cents off Near East Couscous, and 1 cup of organic steel cut oatmeal at Jamba Juice for $1.

For lunch I had a bowl of Amy's Organic Medium Chili with a glass of water.
