04.20.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Hey everyone!

Well it's my first night back at work after five days...two more nights to go and then I don't work until Monday morning!

I managed to get 8 hours of sleep last night 6am-2pm.

Monday weigh-in...201.6 = BMI 24.8 = Normal Range! = me :D


Trouble spot status

Woke up and got ready for work, packed my eats for the next few nights in my cooler bag.


My eats include...Hood Calorie Countdown Milk, Optimum Rebound Banana-Flax-Almond Matcha Green Tea Cereal, Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pitas, Hormel Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Wholly Guacamole, 3 cups of Spinach, Food Should Taste Good's Sweet Potato Chips, Kashi Pumpkin Pie Fruit and Grain Bars, South Beach FiberFit S'more Bars, Greek Yogurt, Bear Naked Fit Granola and Truvia.

Went to Sam's Club to visit my sister Sarah and her boyfriend Jordan since they were both working 10am-6:30pm today. Sarah was covered in frosting from decorating cakes all day and Jordan was covered in meat juice from butchering. They recently had some relationship troubles but have reconciled now.

After catching up with Sarah and Jordan I perused the store for some deals and ended up buying the latest Shape Magazine, Sargento Light String Cheese, and this cute little black BCBG dress for only $4.71!



After Sam's I was thinking about going to Walmart but headed over to Trader Joe's instead solely for their Garlic Aioli Mustard Sauce...picked up two jars. I also bought Trader Joe's Pineapple Salsa to go with those Sweet Potato Chips, ThinkThin Brownie Crunch Bars, Indian Palak Paneer, Diet Hansen's Pomegranate Soda, and TJ's 0% Greek Yogurt. Packed everything in my Trader Joe's bag which allows me to enter in their weekly drawing for a gift card.

Then I couldn't resist going into JCPenney to try a few things on...really loved this white eyelet lace sundress. Didn't buy anything this time because I didn't have my 15% off survey coupon:(

Got to work and put my groceries away and talked with a few coworkers for awhile. The lady who is working in Network tonight wanted a Trader Joe's bag just like mine because she thought it was darling, kid;)

For "Breakfast" at 6pm I had a Kashi Pumpkin Pie Fruit & Grain Bar which was yummilicious!


Work was hectic with scheduled maintenance and European tickets!!! 

Went on my 20 minute break at 9:40pm and did my circuit training course in the parking lot twice and it was very windy...ha,  my trying to balance running the concrete beams in that wind must have been quite entertaining for the guards.

After that I was so ready for my snack at 10pm which was Food Should Taste Good's Sweet Potato Chips with 2 Tbsp TJ's Pineapple Salsa. Very refreshing...refilled my water and drank up.

More busywork...I was so excited when my midnight lunchtime finally arrived! 

Had a very strange ticket I worked on but was able to resolve from Japan and I had a few foreign Sametime conversations going...China & later from the UK.

Went down to the breakroom and made myself two pitas with turkey breast, guacamole, light string cheese and spinach. Nice and light...also refilled my water and had that with my meal.

Finally got some free time after that and I caught up on some of the blogs I read, went through all of my email accounts, responded to Facebook requests, played a little Mafia Wars and for a snack I had some Greek Yogurt sweetened with Truvia and a quarter cup of Bear Naked Fit Triple Berry Crunch Granola around 2am.


Very busy night...definitely needed a pick-me-up for dinner at 3:30am so I had leftovers of the lovely Mexican Pizza I made yesterday. It consisted of a Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, Guacamole, Hunt's No Sugar Added Sauce, Onion, Chicken Breast Strips, Tomatoes, Lettuce and Salsa. My 3 slices were less than 500 calories! Had an actual Mixed Berry Powerade Zero too.


Just about to leave work now...I'm going to take a South Beach FiberFit S'more Bar for the road. Can't wait to hit the hay...it's been a busy night!
