Happy Hump Day Bloggies!
I got in 8 hours of sleep 12pm-8am.
Woke up, got dressed au naturale, ate some Organic Blueberry Cinnamon + Omega-3 cereal for breakfast and did some housework.

We got there and loaded up the couch and chaise lounge and her friend's place was only a mile from my mom's house. Her friend Diana's husband was there to help us bring everything into their porch.

Then we went back to my mom's house and loaded up all her bags of yard debris and took them to the compost center.

After we were done there my mom needed us to take her to Target to have two watch batteries replaced.
Ended up going to two different stores...Roseville and Shoreview because one store had the one and not the other battery. Picked up some 100 cal packs of Cocoa Roast Almonds and had one.

Then we headed over to pickup Angie from work at 1:30pm and drove her friend Abby home.
Stopped at home and I got a cooler bag for my mom's groceries and Angie changed out of her work clothes, walked our dog and then we went to drop my mom back at home.
Dropped my mom off and headed back out to Jer & Cody's apartment in Burnsville and helped move and pack stuff for a few hours...about 3 truck loads. We left around 4:30pm to head over to church for Oasis night. I ate a snack pack of Kashi crackers to tide me over until dinner.

Traffic was awful and we just made it to church by 5:30pm and I was so famished.
I had two plates...greek salad, a chicken thigh, tuscan veggies and cottage cheese then another greek salad, chicken thigh and a wheat roll. Drank my Powerade Zero with my meal. Felt much better after that!
Dessert was about a cup of Blue Bunny No Sugar Added Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream.

After dinner we sat around and visited with people for awhile.
Class tonight was the second to the last presentation on the Heroes series.
Dave Wicklund was the presenter tonight and emphasized the definition of a hero being someone who has clear insight and the irresistable urge to act and focused on a war hero's story.
After class we ran Angie back home so she could go to bed since she works at 5am.
Dave took me to Cub to pick up a few things. Thomas English Muffins, Whole Wheat Arnold Sandwich Thins, Palak Paneer, Mini Pizzas, Larabars, Spring Water, etc.
Finally got home and put everything away and finished watching the latest episode of Biggest Loser.
Getting up early tomorrow to go help my mom with stuff and go to Costco to get some grocery shopping done and pick up Ang by 1:30pm.
I hope everyone had a great day!
